Sinus Wash
12 oz. purified water. (buy or boil-use when cool)
1/4 teaspoon salt (non iodine)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Mix
Use bulb syringe to draw up water
Lie down flat and drop solution into each nostril until full
Massage sinus areas for about 30 seconds
Get up and let solution drain out into tissues
Gently blow your nose to clear out any mucus
If mucus is yellow/green, see your doctor. You may have an infection and need an antibiotic
Clean tools: Wash out tools with warm soapy water or put in dishwasher
